Refund policy
At Nuvo Athletic, we take pride in providing our customers quality custom products. If the order you have received has any defects or errors, please contact us right away so we can address the concerns.
Once an order has been received you have 14 days to declare any defects or flaws due to manufacturing. Nuvo Athletic will not be responsible for any issues that occur after this time period has passed. Please be sure to check the order as soon as you receive it. Products damaged at the result of customer use will be deemed unreturnable. Returns are not permitted regarding any dissatisfaction with art designs, as they were already approved and signed off on.
Sublimated garments are designed with high-quality prints that bond directly to the fabric. Due to the nature of sublimation, areas along seams or high-stretch points may appear lighter or "whitened." This is a normal characteristic, as the inner fibers of the fabric—untouched by dye—become visible when stretched. This effect can sometimes resemble stitch imperfections or give the appearance of fading. Please note that this is not a defect but an inherent feature of sublimated apparel, especially when fitted tightly.
Due to the nature of custom manufactured apparel, we can not accept returns or exchanges of any items unless the merchandise is defective. In addition, please note that sizing can vary between manufacturers and styles. Nuvo is not responsible for the purchase of incorrect sizes and will not accept returns or exchanges for this reason. All shipping charges for returning products to Nuvo must be paid by the returnee. We do not reimburse shipping charges.
Please note that colors may vary each time an order is placed due to dye lot changes or printing variations. Exact garment color matches can not be guaranteed and slight color inconsistencies will not be considered defects. Nuvo Athletic makes every effort to match colors as closely as possible on every order but will not be held responsible for slight color variances. Please note that garment colors may appear different in person than they do online depending on your device or monitor setting.
